Our Events

B’nai B’rith Colorado offers a variety of programs and events for our members. We hold annual events including a Jewish Cemetery Cleanup, a Jewish Golf Tournament, and the Jewbilee Bash - Mile High bringing together Jews in their 20s and 30s on Christmas Eve. B’nai B’rith Colorado has something for everyone and we welcome anyone from the community to join our events.

Rabbi Baskin will regale us with photos and commentary of his recent adventures in beautiful Suriname, South America, where he conducted services this year from Rosh HaShana through Simchat Torah. Suriname is the oldest continuously practicing Jewish community in the western hemisphere.

Leadville Cemetery Cleanup. June 19, 2022.

B’nai B’rith Colorado continues its annual clean up each June with volunteers cutting weeds, pruning branches, painting the picket fence, and sprucing up the entire site.

Max Frankel Jewish Prisoner Program

The B’nai B’rith Colorado Max Frankel Jewish Prisoner Program has sponsored Passover Seders and Rosh Hashanah services for over 60 years. Twice a year, volunteers make a 220 mile round trip to Fremont Correctional Facility in Cañon City.

Reading Program & Book Giveaway

Volunteers read to students at Holm Elementary School in Denver. Donated children’s books are annually given out to the students.
